What the company is looking for?
A consultative approach to sales, some experience in B2B cold calling and a history of hitting prior targets.
Someone who is coachable, you are not expected to be the finished article but you do need to learn the product range and develop your skills.
Drive! You need to want to do well; hit targets, follow the processes and become a specialist
Curiosity! You'll be someone who wants to understand how to do well and ask all the right questions, whether that's in the team or in a client call.
If you've worked in SaaS that's a bonus but it's not essential.
