£45-50k + Bonus

The Role:
As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of account plans and be responsible for key commercial activities, including retention and renewals. You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure client success.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive retention and growth.
Take ownership of commercial discussions, including contract renewals.
Build strong partnerships with clients through a consultative approach.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, tailored solutions.
Meet clients face-to-face, or vitually, and as required, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Leverage data to inform strategy and uncover growth opportunities.
The Person:
A proactive, process-driven individual with a track record of managing and growing accounts.
Strong consultative skills, able to work collaboratively with clients to solve problems and identify opportunities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, both in-person and virtually.
Data-driven mindset, able to analyse trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Comfortable with travel and face-to-face client interaction as needed.
