This is a fantastic opportunity to support our client’s export sales and subsidiary teams, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales and Service Administrator, you will:
Process orders, manage order books, and oversee shipping and after-sales support.
Deliver exceptional customer service by handling pre- and post-sales queries, resolving issues efficiently, and communicating effectively with customers.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve customer issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions where needed.
Continuously improve processes by identifying opportunities and suggesting solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Assist sales teams with onboarding new customers and ensure seamless integration into the brand.
Monitor and manage customer orders through to dispatch, working with shipping teams to avoid delays.
Liaise with external agencies and suppliers regarding transportation and customs requirements.
Escalate significant issues to the Global Customer Service Manager.
