If you have a sales background, are highly skilled at managing client relationships, being the point of contact internally relating to a project and overseeing the delivery of a high-value/complex order - this could be for you!
This is a key role for our award-winning client and will see you working closely with the Sales Director who will mentor and support you to ensure your success. Varied role that includes client relationship management, converting inbound enquiries, managing quotes and overseeing the order process through production, involvement in production/project meetings, client demos, resolving issues, attending tradeshows and events - and more!
We're looking for someone who can manage and represent high-value customers, has excellent attention to detail, can have challenging conversations, has strong problem-solving skills who has worked in a technical product environment. This role could suit someone with project management, account management, sales or coordinator background.
The role is largely office-based due to the type of training, style of work and team collaboration that's needed - company are based on the outskirts of Exeter with plenty of parking.
