QA and Testing Manager

Our client is a fast growing tech and innovation led company, based in Bodmin, who are looking for an experienced QA & Test Manager to lead the development and execution of a robust Quality Assurance and Testing strategy. In this role, you will drive quality assurance processes across the business, ensuring high-quality products and services for customers. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, oversee supplier quality performance, and ensure compliance with a documented Quality Management System.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the company’s quality assurance initiatives
Develop and implement QA processes and methodologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
Oversee comprehensive test strategies for current and future products
Analyse quality-related data to drive decisions and improvements
Ensure QA documentation is accurate and maintained
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven leadership in QA management
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technology sectors
Strong understanding of Quality Management methodologies (ISO 9001)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills
Degree in a relevant field; Six Sigma certification is a plus
