We’re on the lookout for a Creative Designer to join a growing and innovative design team at a leading UK-based company specializing in bespoke gifting and product solutions. The Role:

As a Creative Designer, you'll be at the heart of the design process, supporting projects from initial concept through to delivery. Whether it’s designing unique packaging, developing product prototypes, or producing promotional materials, you’ll be a key part of a team that brings innovative gifting solutions to life. You’ll need to juggle multiple projects, stay on top of trends, and ensure every design meets the highest standards of creativity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on all stages of the design process, from brainstorming to final delivery, ensuring that every step aligns with the overall vision.

  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, bringing innovative ideas that resonate with consumers.

  • Manage multiple projects, working efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.

  • Attend development meetings, presenting your creative concepts to internal teams and external clients.

  • Ensure all design output is completed to a high standard, reflecting the company’s commitment to quality and creativity.

Requirements:

  • Ideally a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise across different mediums.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects.

  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to think outside the box.

  • Experience in packaging design and product development.

  • Photography skills would be an advantage but not essential.
