This permanent role would suit someone with a farming or equestrian background who has a background in sales or is interested in getting into sales! The role involves managing and developing a portfolio of key accounts to meet sales and margin objectives. The role is about working closely with clients to create value for both businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key accounts within the patch identifying opportunities to maximise sales.

  • Develop and implement business strategies for mid-tier account

  • Drive sales for new products and oversee product management projects.

  • Produce weekly management reports and maintain regular customer communication.

  • Attend events and provide on-site customer support, including showroom management.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record in sales and account management, with the ability to meet targets.

  • Strong commercial acumen, particularly within the agricultural or related sectors.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and Office, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within your territory and stay away from home when necessary.


Patch: East Anglia and East Midlands. Ideal candidate location - Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire.


Salary is £35-50k (up to 40k for someone with industry experience but lacking sales experience, up to £50k for someone doing a similar role in the industry.) Role includes a car and up to 30% bonus. Competitive benefits package.
