Our client is seeking a dynamic professional to manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, it might suit someone from a digital or creative agency who is used to managing multiple accounts with competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive growth and expand the value of ecommerce client accounts.
Cultivate and sustain client relationships, managing their ecommerce requirements and identifying growth prospects.
Guide client engagements, oversee projects, and mentor junior staff.
Develop and execute detailed account plans, supporting strategic proposals.
Ensure projects are delivered successfully within budget, scope, and timelines, coordinating with diverse teams.
Keep abreast of ecommerce trends and best practices to enhance account value and support new business.
Skills and Experience:
Must-Have:
2+ years in account management or client-facing roles within ecommerce or related fields.
Demonstrated success in managing and retaining client accounts.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Competence with Microsoft Office Suite, Mac OS, and project management tools (e.g., Coda).
Willingness to travel and be in the office at least once a week.
Advantageous:
Experience with ecommerce analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation and AB testing platforms
Familiarity with ecommerce marketing, social media, and SEO best practices.
