Sarah has over twenty years' experience in recruitment and is passionate about finding organisations the right people to bolster their teams. And finding the right people, the right role, with the right organisation.
She set up Sarah West Recruitment over 12 years ago, an agency that now has an outstanding reputation for the quality of service it delivers to organisations and candidates alike. Sarah's focus is now on senior management and executive level roles and established Tribus People in 2021, to reflect the slightly different services that are needed.
Working in the South West for as long as she has, Sarah's built up an extensive network. More than being able to boast about having a large virtual network of contacts, she invests time getting to know people, properly over the long term, to develop trusted relationships. Sarah's someone people turn to, time and time again, when they're looking for career or hiring advice and support.
Over and above knowing her stuff when it comes to recruitment, she also understands the environment in which she, and the organisations she works with, operate. Industry experts draw on her expertise to share with their audiences - most recently UK Recruiter and the Social Recruiting Show.
Sarah's known for her positive outlook and tackles everything with a smile. Everything she does, she does with a good heart and values integrity and trust above all else.
Outside of work, Sarah takes on some pretty impressive sporting challenges, raising money for charity along the way. Last year she took on her biggest one yet - cycling from Land's End to John O'Groats, in just nine days. This adds to others that have included climbing Kilimanjaro, running the London Marathon, jumping out of a plane, cycling from London to Paris, swimming round the Scilly Islands, completing the Dart’s 10k swim and completing a number of triathlons.
In December 2020, Sarah was delighted to join the prestigious Goldman Sachs 10KSB UK Alumni - find out more.
