Office Manager
£28k - £30k DOE
Remote – Occasional travel into the Exeter office

The role:

  • Providing comprehensive support to the Director and the broader team, handling a diverse range of administrative tasks.

  • Facilitating smooth communication between colleagues, contractors, and external parties through various channels including email, telephone, and Teams.

  • Taking an active role in propelling projects and processes forward, adeptly identifying and resolving challenges as they arise.

  • Taking initiative to tackle pending tasks efficiently and effectively.

  • Collating and consolidating information from various sources into reports for the Director and the team.

  • Participating in a spectrum of project-related tasks on a daily basis.

  • Participate in strategy sessions/meetings contribute your unique insights, and have an opportunity to be part of shaping the business's future.

 


What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in Office Management or Business Administration.

  • Confident approach, able to handle customer and supplier relationships.

  • A tenacious, enthusiastic, and honest approach to work.

  • Extremely strong communicator, able to adapt to the company's internal and external communication style and tone.

  • Time management, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

  • A willingness to adapt to new technologies and tools.

  • Committed individual with a desire to develop and hone their career.
