In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and building strong connections with software companies and executives. You’ll play a key part in identifying growth opportunities and helping companies access the tools and support they need to grow. If you excel in relationship-building and strategic outreach, this role could be a perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute creative strategies to engage potential partners.

  • Collaborate with senior executives to identify and nurture relationships with software company leaders.

  • Use various channels, such as email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events, to network with potential partners.

  • Clearly communicate the company’s value proposition to prospective businesses.

  • Gather operational and financial insights from business owners to inform decision-making.

  • Manage a pipeline of business opportunities, progressing leads to qualified discussions.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions for new partnerships.

  • Maintain and manage the Salesforce CRM database, keeping an accurate and healthy pipeline of opportunities.

  • Travel nationally and internationally as required to meet business goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, business development, or corporate partnerships, with a proven track record of success.

  • Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience in consultative selling and long sales cycles.

  • Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Office skills, with CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).

  • Personality: Driven, tenacious, and passionate about business growth.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel in the UK and overseas.
